3 Fun Ways to Celebrate your Corporate Holiday Party

With the holidays right around the corner I thought it would be appropriate to share some ideas with you for catering around the holidays. Are you thinking about hosting a huge elaborate holiday reception for your company? Looking for a nice way to thank your staff for a great year? Or just trying to think of something fun to do with your co-workers to celebrate the holiday festivities? Funny how holiday festivities are often centered around food, because let’s face it, who doesn’t love food. Sharing a meal is proven to be the most common way to socialize.

So here are three fun ways to celebrate the holidays with your company (that, of course, revolves around well… food):

  1. Lunch Drop Off

There’s nothing quite like a nice “pick-me-up” halfway through your work day to get you to 5:00 PM. During the holidays, companies are always looking for little ways to show their employees that they appreciate them and to thank them for all their hard-work. If you are a busy business professional, leave lunch to those in the catering industry one day. Lots of catering companies will come to your office, deliver a delicious lunch spread, provide everything down to plates, forks, knives, and napkins, set everything up for your staff to enjoy, and have it be ready to go for when lunch time rolls around. There’s nothing like a yummy, hot meal to bring everyone together for the holidays. Your staff will appreciate not having to pack a lunch one day, and nothing says “thank you” quite like a good meal.

  1. Taco Bar

Who doesn’t love tacos? Whether it’s Taco Tuesday or any other day during the week, tacos are always the answer. Try something creative and out of the box for your corporate holiday party this year. I guarantee a “build your own taco” bar will be just the right gift for everyone attending your holiday bash.

Taco bars can include:

  • Kalua Pulled Pork

  • Grilled Chicken Breast

  • Grilled Shrimp

  • Homemade Pico De Gallo

  • Vegetarian Options

  • Sour Cream

  • Guacamole

  • Rice (Brown or White)

  • Grilled Pineapple
