To bring exceptional value, a heart of hospitality, and a positive influence to the lives of all the people we come in contact with. The Food Shack was founded in 2010, inspired by the flavors and feels of Pacific and Caribbean islands, Central America and the west coast!
In 2016 Flat Waves rebranded to Flat Waves Food Shack which brought in menu items inspired by other beach and surf destinations around the world.
In the late spring of 2022 we officially reintroduced the restaurant as The Food Shack! With a new location and an updated menu, we are excited to offer a relaxed dining experience featuring a locally sourced menu, original recipes, and street food favorites! We love what we do and pride ourselves on serving you and bringing you that "beyond one meal" experience every time!
